this was a hellacious struggle of a piece- it looks decent, but there are flaws, but I can't redo it so I will move on with hopes and lessons learned.
Another thing of note is I will have a good length clip of my animation (maybe 30 seconds) coming soon... im shooting for this weekend.

Hey man, don't beat yourself up too badly. Most people would consider this piece pretty spectacular. I know I do.
But you're right, satisfied or not, there always comes a time when you just need to move forward.
I'm looking forward to the 30 second clip of animation! That sounds exciting.
